Dr. Pavan R. Luckoor, M.D.

Dr. Pavan R. Luckoor brings over a decade of advanced medical training and executive leadership to the forefront of personalized, concierge-style care. A board-certified Internal Medicine physician by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM), Dr. Luckoor is a highly respected figure in the field, known for his unwavering commitment to excellence, compassion, and patient-centered medicine.

He received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Harlem Hospital Center in New York City, an affiliate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. His academic foundation also includes a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering—with a concentration in Electrical Engineering and Biophysics—from the prestigious George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Luckoor previously served as an associate professor of Internal Medicine at Midwestern University School of Medicine in Arizona, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of physicians. As a seasoned medical executive and educator, he has also overseen the care of hundreds of patients as a former medical director in the Medicare Advantage space.

Motivated by a deep understanding of the healthcare system’s complexities, Dr. Luckoor established Vegas VIP Medicine to reimagine what modern healthcare should look like: accessible, personalized, transparent, and free from the limitations of insurance-driven bureaucracy. His philosophy centers on empowering patients through education, advocacy, and a deeply collaborative doctor-patient relationship.

Dr. Luckoor’s approach is also shaped by personal experience. Having navigated the healthcare system during his own father’s terminal illness, he brings not only clinical expertise but profound empathy and insight into every patient encounter. His mission is simple yet profound—to restore the human connection in medicine and ensure that every patient receives the dignified, high-quality care they deserve.
